Straightforward billing

Refunds and cancellations, without the runaround.

This policy gives the exact refund and cancellation rules for Central Brain self-service subscriptions purchased directly from NeuroAIgent. Team and Enterprise orders are governed by their written agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Monthly billing

A monthly subscription is charged at the disclosed monthly rate and renews each month until canceled. Any taxes or additional charges will be shown as part of the purchase process.

Annual billing

An annual subscription is billed once for the year and renews annually until canceled. We send an email reminder approximately 30 days before an annual renewal showing the product, renewal date, charge amount, frequency, and online cancellation link.

Online cancellation

Open the Central Brain Account page and select Manage or Cancel Subscription. You can cancel online at any time without emailing or calling. Cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period.

After access ends

When the paid access period ends, the associated license may be deactivated and paid functionality may no longer be available. Keep independent backups and export anything you need before access ends.

Refund eligibility

  • First self-service purchase: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the initial charge.
  • Annual renewal: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after an annual renewal charge. When the refund is processed, access and associated licenses end.
  • Monthly renewal: Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable after they are charged, except for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, an unresolved qualifying technical failure, an approved exception, or when a refund is required by law.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: We will issue a full refund after the duplicate or billing error is verified.
  • Technical failure: If you report a material failure within 14 calendar days after the affected charge and reasonable troubleshooting does not make Central Brain usable on a supported Windows or Apple-silicon Mac, we will refund the affected charge.
  • Partial or prorated refunds: We do not routinely refund unused time or provide prorated refunds. A partial refund may be approved for a documented billing correction or when required by law.

Requesting a refund

Email support@neuroaigent.com within the applicable window with the purchaser name, account email, order or invoice number, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send a full card number, password, API key, license key, or confidential project files. We may ask for limited information needed to verify the charge or troubleshoot a technical failure.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our control. A full refund ends the subscription access and associated licenses connected to that charge.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact support@neuroaigent.com first so we can investigate a suspected billing error. Opening a payment dispute may place the associated licenses on hold while the charge is reviewed. A won dispute restores access only when Stripe still shows a paid, active subscription; a lost dispute leaves the licenses suspended. You cannot receive both a refund from us and a duplicate recovery through a payment dispute for the same charge.

Plan and license changes

The account tools available at launch will show which subscription, plan, and license-quantity changes can be made directly. The timing and price effect of an upgrade, downgrade, or quantity change will be displayed before confirmation or explained by support.

Team and Enterprise

Team and Enterprise purchases—including Pinecone or Postgres deployments, services, support, cancellation, and refunds—are governed by the applicable quote, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this general page, the written agreement controls.
