Choose a monthly subscription or an annual subscription billed once per year at 15% below twelve monthly payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual customers receive a reminder approximately 30 days before renewal. Cancel online at any time through the Stripe portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Initial self-service charges and annual renewal charges have a 14-calendar-day refund window subject to the refund and cancellation policy. Taxes may apply. Each included license activates one computer. Team and Enterprise features, services, fees, and support are defined in your written order.

What does one license cover?
One license covers one activated Central Brain installation on one computer. Pair provides two separate one-computer keys, and Power Pack provides four.
Can I change plans later?
Use the customer portal or contact support for available plan changes. Team and Enterprise customers can define expansion terms in their order.
What is included with Team and Enterprise?
Team and Enterprise pricing is custom. Scope, such as deployment assistance, support, and any Pinecone or Postgres publishing, is agreed with you and set in the applicable order.
