Use of the Service

You may use AEO Presence only for lawful business purposes and only for websites and data you are authorized to evaluate. Competitor analysis must comply with applicable law, robots.txt handling, and acceptable-use limits.

Accounts and Organizations

Customers are responsible for account users, organization access, project permissions, and the actions taken under their accounts. Admin support tools may be used to investigate errors, stop scheduled emails, transfer ownership, or assist users.

By creating an account or using the service you represent that:

Reports and Recommendations

Reports are informational and do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, or platform acceptance.

Payments

Subscription fees, billing intervals, refunds, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms are stated in the customer order form, invoice, checkout, or the Cancellation Policy. All payments are processed through Stripe services.

Email and Marketing Compliance

Customers must not use AEO Presence or related communications for unlawful spam, deceptive marketing, or unauthorized outreach. Review FTC CAN-SPAM guidance before sending commercial email.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AEO Presence is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period stated in your final attorney-approved terms.

End User License Agreement

License

Subject to payment and compliance with the Terms, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AEO Presence for internal business purposes.

Restrictions

Ownership

We retain ownership of the AEO Presence software, design, brand, and platform. Customers retain ownership of their submitted URLs, project materials, and report outputs, subject to the license needed to operate the service.

Prohibited Uses

Crawler Conduct

Use reasonable page limits and delays. The owner-only option to ignore robots.txt should be used only for sites you own or control.

Marketing Conduct

Commercial email must follow CAN-SPAM requirements. Calls and texts may trigger FCC/TCPA obligations. Endorsements, testimonials, and claims must be truthful and properly disclosed.

Enforcement

We may pause crawls, suspend access, stop scheduled emails, transfer ownership, or terminate accounts to protect customers, the service, or third parties.
