About NeuroAIgent

Prepare private files for AI.

NeuroAIgent is a local-first desktop tool that turns messy private files, including PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, images, audio, and video, into clean, structured, AI-ready knowledge packages without sending sensitive files to the cloud.

We are building a focused product company around a simple job: help people and teams prepare private files for AI search, automation, analysis, and vertical workflows with more control over how their data is handled.

What we build

A practical product, not an agency.

NeuroAIgent is built around a core product: a private project workspace for importing files, inspecting what is inside them, cleaning and converting content, generating metadata and chunks, and exporting structured outputs to the AI tools you already use.

The goal is not to be another generic “chat with your documents” app. The goal is to be the preparation layer before AI, where messy files become usable inputs for retrieval, search, analytics, automation, and focused workflow products.

  • Import folders, files, and project assets
  • Inspect file types, metadata, duplicates, and readiness issues
  • Clean content with conversion, extraction, and OCR
  • Structure outputs with metadata, chunks, and source references
  • Package results for search, RAG, automation, and reporting
  • Export to local folders, Markdown, JSONL, CSV, and downstream tools

Why local-first matters

Private files need a better starting point.

Many of the most useful files inside a business are messy, inconsistent, and sensitive. They live in folders full of PDFs, spreadsheets, scans, images, notes, transcripts, and project documents. AI tools work better when that material is cleaned, structured, tagged, and packaged first.

Local-first file processing matters because many users do not want to push private files into public cloud workflows just to make them usable. NeuroAIgent starts on your machine so you can review metadata, chunks, and outputs before export.

What local-first supports

  • More control over sensitive files
  • Project-based organization instead of one-off scripts
  • Reviewable outputs before they move downstream
  • A clearer path from raw files to structured outputs

Platform thesis

One engine, focused vertical workflows.

NeuroAIgent’s core engine prepares private files for AI. On top of that engine, we can support focused vertical workflows where the file-preparation job is especially painful and valuable.

Core engine

The horizontal product handles file intake, inspection, cleaning, structure, packaging, and export.

Vertical workflows

PresenceOS and PermitPilot are examples of focused workflows powered by the same engine, not unrelated services.

Future expansion

Additional workflow areas include Legal, Research Workspace, Construction / Field Ops, and Consulting, with [[NEEDS INPUT: specific workflow details, proof points, and target outcomes]].

This structure keeps the company focused: one product foundation, multiple high-friction workflow applications, and a clear path from desktop use to broader team and industry use cases.

Founder-led direction

Built with a focused wedge.

We are positioning NeuroAIgent around a simple, concrete starting point: help users prepare private files for AI on their own machine. That wedge is practical for individual users, consultants, and small teams today, while also supporting a broader platform direction over time.

Local-first file intelligence

Prepare private files with more control from the start.

Metadata and provenance

Keep structure, references, and traceability attached to outputs.

AI-ready exports

Export structured outputs into the tools and workflows already in use.

Vertical workflow templates

Apply the same engine to repeatable, high-friction jobs.
